Faye Cox's professional journey began at the firm while she was still a law student at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Her passion for law and her clients has been a driving force in her career. She is dedicated to crafting innovative solutions that best serve her clients' needs.
Faye’s practice encompasses estate planning, business planning and representation, business purchases and sales, estate and trust terminations, guardianships, adoptions, family planning, consumer law, and real estate, including development. She has served as a speaker at seminars on various topics such as real estate, contracts, estate planning, and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. Faye has also provided testimony before the Ohio House and Senate regarding proposed changes to the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act as it relates to home builders. Additionally, she has appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court.
In her professional capacity, Mrs. Cox is not only a licensed attorney but also a licensed title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Conestoga Title Insurance Company. She is the owner of Midland Title Agency in Union County.
Faye lives in Marysville with her husband, Jim Cox, who owns a financial planning firm in the area, and their two children, one of whom they adopted from Russia. Following her experience with the adoption of her daughter, Faye and Jim established the Elizaveta Fund to assist local families in adopting orphans. Together, they also co-own The Ridge Golf & Gardens and Darby Creek Golf Course. In her spare time, Faye enjoys spending time in her garden.
