Jesse Mosser
Associate Attorney

Jesse Mosser, who joined Schulze, Cox & Will Law Office as an Associate Attorney on February 6, 2023, brings a wealth of experience from his roles at the Supreme Court of Ohio. His diverse background includes serving as a Staff Attorney and Policy Counsel, and later as Legislative Counsel. Jesse's expertise spans a broad range of legal areas, from Estate Planning and Probate Administration to Contracts, Business Planning, and Real Estate, providing our clients with a versatile and comprehensive legal support.
Jesse attended Ohio University, where he received a BS in Journalism. While at Ohio University, he was a senior writer for The Post, the editor-in-chief of The Summer Post, and a presidential Scholarship recipient. Jesse pursued his legal education at Ohio Northern University College of Law wherein graduated with a Juris Doctorate - With Distinction. While in law school, Jesse was editor-in-chief of the Ohio Northern University Law Review, where he was selected for publication.
After graduating from Ohio Northern University, Jesse worked as a Staff Attorney for the Hancock County Court of Common Pleas, and later worked as the Attorney for the Union County Child Support Enforcement Agency before leaving to work for the Supreme Court of Ohio. While at the Supreme Court of Ohio, Jesse was responsible for reviewing contracts, grants and other legal documents and advising the Court as to the impact of legislation on Ohio's court system.
Jesse is married to Delaware County Magistrate Elizabeth Mosser, a former Associate Attorney at Schulze, Cox & Will, and is the parent to four children. Jesse and his family live in Marysville.
