A native of Logan County, Evan joined the law firm as an Associate Attorney in 2023.  Evan’s practice areas include family law (divorce, dissolution, and child custody), landlord-tenant law, and civil litigation (including neighbor disputes, contract disputes, and consumer disputes). 

Before joining Schulze, Cox & Will, Evan was an Assistant County Prosecutor in Logan County, where he worked in the family court, felony, and civil divisions. Prior to obtaining his law degree from Liberty University School of Law,  Evan attended the Liberty University Helms School of Government. He was not just a student, but a proud Member of the University's Spirit of the Mountain Marching Band, where he played in the trumpet section.   

When Evan is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife in their Bellefontaine home. His hobbies include playing pickleball, supporting the Bengals and Blue Jackets, and attending concerts.
