Mrs. Mosser’s practice areas include Family Law, Elder Law, Appellate Law, and Civil Litigation.
Having been trained as a Mediator and Guardian Ad Litem through the Ohio Supreme Court, she assists clients in looking beyond the immediate difficult circumstances they face in a dissolution or divorce, and focus on the eventual results of how they and their family might ultimately be affected by the decisions they make now. The collaborative divorce or dissolution processes are an excellent way for couples making the decision to end their marriage, to collectively, with their attorneys, plan for the best possible futures for all involved. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to pursue one of these options. In those times, Mrs. Mosser assists her clients in pursuing litigation as reasonably as possible. She brings these same skills to Civil Litigation and Mediation cases.

Mrs. Mosser utilizes her own experience as a Medicaid caseworker to approach her client’s issues with Medicaid planning, Administrative Appeals, and State Hearings. Mrs. Mosser has worked with agencies in 13 Ohio Counties consulting or assisting clients with planning for, applying for, obtaining, and maintaining Medicaid eligibility. Mrs. Mosser has assisted both private clients and nursing home or assisted living facilities navigate various issues related to this practice area.
