Faye Cox began working at the firm while she was still a law student at the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law. Her passion is working with her clients to craft creative solutions.
Faye’s practice includes estate planning, business planning and representation, business purchases and sales, estates and trust terminations, guardianships, adoptions, family planning, consumer law and real estate including development. Faye has been a speaker for seminars on the topics of real estate, contracts, estate planning, and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and has provided testimony before the Ohio House and Senate with regard to changes to the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act as it relates to homebuilders. Faye has appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court, in an adoption case.
In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mrs. Cox is also a licensed title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Conestoga Title Insurance Company and is the owner of Midland Title Agency of Union County.
Faye lives in Marysville with her husband Jim Cox, who owns a financial planning firm in Marysville, and her two children, one of which she adopted from Russia. After her experience with the adoption of her daughter, Faye and her husband established the Elizaveta Fund to help other local families to adopt orphans. Faye and her husband also are the co-owners of The Ridge Golf & Gardens. In her spare time Faye loves to spend time in her garden.
