Mr. Will’s areas of practice consist of a wide umbrella of ‘civil litigation,’ including personal injury and wrongful death, representing truck and auto accident victims, protecting consumers from unfair and deceptive commercial practices, contract and construction disputes, real estate transactions, family law including divorce and dissolution custody and adoption, and landlord tenant disputes.

Mr. Will is a 1999 graduate of Marysville High School. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University before enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps, which included a tour of duty in Iraq in 2007. Following an honorable discharge in the fall of 2008, Mr. Will attended Capital University Law School and has been licensed to practice in the State of Ohio since 2012. He has been a Partner with Schulze, Cox & Will since 2019.

Mr. Will is a lifelong resident of Marysville, and has a strong understanding and passion for his home town. Mr. Will lives in Marysville with his wife, Sarah, and their son, Asher. As a family, they enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, attending sporting events, participating in community activities, and swimming.
